We make custom maps two to three times a year for an event we host. The customer support team is excellent, fast to reply and able to accommodate special requests. With each map we learn more, and our custom maps keep improving. We clone previous events when setting up the next one, and many of the pins can stay in place, so we don't have to redo the locations each time.
