Mapme provides safeguards against accidentally deleting maps, such as a confirmation screen before deletion. We also recommend periodically creating duplicates of your map as backups. There is no additional charge for duplicating maps.
However, accidental map deletion or data loss can still happen. That’s why we offer a data restoration service.
Mapme Data Restoration Service
The Mapme data restoration service restores access to data that has been accidentally deleted or recovers previous versions of your data.
This service is included in our Enterprise plan.
Retention Period
We can restore map data for up to 7 days.

To request data restoration, please contact our support team using the chat button. Restoration requests are subject to verification and compliance with our data security policies.
Restoration Timeframe
Restoration requests will typically be completed within 24-48 hours.
Fees
We include up to 2 restoration requests per year at no cost. Beyond that, there is a $200 fee for each additional restoration.
