Scholls Meadow, a new construction community by Riverside Homes, uses this interactive map as its lot availability plan. Instead of a static site plan graphic, each lot is drawn as its own shape directly on top of the real street grid, Southwest 175th Avenue, Southwest 174th Avenue, and Southwest Grand Street, so buyers see the community positioned exactly where it sits, not a stylized rendering of it.
The sidebar breaks the community into four categories with a live count for each: Available Homes, Sold, Pending, and Coming Soon. Every lot’s color comes directly from its category, gold for available, dark green for sold, grey for pending, blue for the model home, so the map’s status colors update automatically as homes move through the sales cycle instead of someone manually recoloring shapes. Each status also carries its own marker treatment: available lots show their lot number in a numbered marker, coming soon lots show a plain house icon, and sold, pending, and model home lots are labeled directly on the shape.
Selecting “Available Homes” in the sidebar expands into a list of the open lots themselves, each with a photo of the home and its address, Lot 5 at 13857 SW 175th Ave, Lot 8 at 13884 SW 175th Ave, and so on. Tapping any entry recenters the map on that exact lot with its address called out, letting a buyer scan every open home in the community and jump straight to the one they want, before ever scheduling a visit.
