Buenavista Homes, a real estate agency on Spain’s Costa del Sol, uses this interactive map to list every new-build development it currently has for sale along the coast, over 300 individual developments spanning twelve towns from Sotogrande to East Malaga. Villas, townhouses, and apartments each carry their own custom marker icon, so the shape of the market across the whole coastline is visible before a visitor opens a single listing.
Four filter groups sit in the sidebar: Property Type, Location, Starting Price (six bands from under 300.000 EUR up to over 1.500.000 EUR), and Delivery Date (Key Ready through 2029), and a visitor can combine any of them at once. Selecting a combination updates a live results count and lets a visitor switch straight from pins on the map to a scrollable list of just those matching developments, each with its price, a short description, and a photo count, without losing the filter selection.
Opening any development shows its name, address, description, starting price, a direct link to its listing page on buenavistahomes.eu, a “Request more information” button, and a photo gallery. A position counter and prev and next arrows at the top of the popup let a visitor page through every result in the current filtered set directly from there, so browsing hundreds of developments a few at a time never requires returning to the full map.
