Mapme is a platform to create interactive maps with no coding. We’re a small, growing company with happy customers and rising revenue. Our team is all high performers with visibility into every aspect of the company. We all work remotely.
Our product is fun. Our customers love it. It’s designed to be used by non-technical users.
What will you do?
You will take full responsibility and ownership of our platform design.
We are looking for an amazing product designer with a passion for finding solutions to help our customers succeed.
You will be working on each stage of the design process — from research to execution.
You will talk to our customers, analyze customer usage and research our market to create our roadmap. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the CTO and have a huge part in the company’s success.
We are a start-up, so you will wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities include and (not limited to):
- Conduct product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, usability testing and more.
- Manage and prioritize features based on user insights and business objectives
- Conduct full design cycle from initial concept into wireframes and through perfect UI
- Define tasks that can be implemented by our development team
- Research integration with potential partners
Who we’re looking for?
- 3 + years of UX design and research experience
- Passion for product design and great customer experience
- Highly capable of deeply understanding business’ needs
- Excellent communicator
- Skilled with numbers, analysis, reports
- Takes initiative
- Love for maps a plus
